I tried to think of what instrument each Johnny Depp character would play, looking at their personalities. I had Jack play the electric guitar because of his outward energy, Ichabod play the flute because of his light timidness, Sam play the drums because of his natural rhythm, Don Juan play the violin because it is a romantic instrument, Edward play the piano because it can be beautiful, Sands play the bass because it sounds quite dangerous, Roux play the guitar... because he does. Sorry I rambled there.
